In this study, the authors enrolled a total of 133 volunteers, including 76 healthy controls and 57 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Using HuiJian Technology’s micro-nano mass spectrometry chip combined with a high-resolution MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer, they established a high-coverage serum lipidomics analysis platform to identify potential lipid biomarkers in the serum of liver cancer patients.
